Bak Kut Teh @ Fong Keow Klang

BakKut Teh (or 肉骨茶) is a very famous dish among Chinese community in Malaysia.

A traditional Bak Kut Teh consists of meaty pork ribs in complex broth of herbs and spices (cinnamon, cloves, dang gui etc) which are boiled together with pork bones for hours.

However, additional ingredients may include offal, varieties of mushroom, lettuce, and pieces of dried tofu.

I just had Bak Kut Teh @ Fong Keow Klang and here are some pictures for you..

    ahh…. yummy bak kut teh. the best i had!!! i miss it la.. girl, ur camera skills improving. the camera makes a difference la!!!
